We offer International delivery. Purchased goods from Adventure Woofs are sent via Latvijas Pasts (Post of Latvia), but some other delivery services might be used instead. Delivery time takes on average 3-4 weeks if you are located outside the Europe. Delivery to Europe takes 1-3 weeks.
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Adventure Woofs is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Adventure Woofs is not liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver. If the item has not been received within 30 days please contact us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do accept the return of items unused (this doesn’t apply to stickers), in the original condition and packaging within 40 days of your purchase. If 40 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis. Please note, that the colours of the product in real life may vary depending on your computer’s monitor settings. The buyer also covers all the returns costs.
Sale items do not apply for exchange or refund.

CUSTOMS & TRACKING
Customs and import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot determine what the cost might be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. We advise that you contact your local customs office to find out current charges before you order.
The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to Adventure Woofs due to unpaid customs charges or ignored/unseen emails from your customs office or carrier.
Each order is provided with a tracking number that will be sent to your e-mail after shipping it out. For now tracking numbers are available if you live outside European Union or Latvia.
